Where can I find the HypnoSound sessions?
HypnoSound group workshop currently take place bi-weekly in:
Oxford - The Practice Rooms in Summertown
Abingdon - The Millets Farm
It is 45 min session and it involves:
25 min of Guided Relaxation
20 min Group Reflection and Mindful Manifestation
Facilitated in a small group of 6 -10
You learn more about different levels of consciousness
You learn how hypnosis is a natural state of mind
All you have to do is turn up and relax
