I'm Patti.
People usually come to work with me when they tried different forms of therapy, but they still feel stuck, lost, overwhelmed, or lack something in life. That something could be confidence, identity alignment, relationship, life meaning, or deeper understanding of self. All of which form true foundations of fulfilment and joy.
I believe that everything we experienced turns into a story. We keep retelling some stories over, and over again. In result, some of them lift us. Some of them harm us. My approach helps you to recognise which story needs a healthier narrative so that you feel in control of it, not other way around.
I see first hand how misunderstood and undervalued hypnosis is, so I'm on a mission to make it mainstream, hence creating @HypnoSound. In 1:1 therapy with me, you get free access to these group relaxation classes.
My commercial experience allows me relate to your work challenges
I am based in Oxford but I work with clients Internationally
I am a mum of three, I emphasise if you're a carer or juggling many roles
I work with Neurodivergent Individuals through Specialist Mentoring
I am passionate about neuroscience and I teach the foundations of it to my clients. By helping you to better understand the connection between your mind and body, it empowers you to navigate you life independently and with confidence.
This approach to therapy is highly effective in managing stress, anxiety, depression, overcoming trauma, tendency to overthink, confused sense of identity, or lack of purpose in life.
I also help clients heal unexplained fears and phobias, unresolved medical issues, and influences from their past through regression therapy.
I believe that all challenges in life are created by habitual programming in our subconscious.
In order to control or fix them, we need to be able to access our programming and make the best use of our conscious.
Hypnotherapy allows that magic to happen.
It is when both minds - conscious and subconscious - come together, we are able to change unhelpful habits into well controlled, cognitive behaviours.
Whether it is your career or personal life that you wish to improve, I would like to help.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Warmest, Patti
