About Me
Hi,
I'm Patti. I completed my training with CPHT - the leading training provider in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy in the UK. I learnt regression therapy from wonderful Martin Richardson, the alumni of Michael Newton himself.
People usually come to work with me when they tried different forms of therapy, but they still lack something in life. That something could be confidence, relationship, meaning, deeper understanding of self, all of which form foundations of fulfilment and joy.
As a member of National Hypnotherapy Council - the governing body for hypnotherapy in the UK - I follow the NHC code of practice.
I got into hypnotherapy through passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships.
A few more facts about me
I have commercial experience
I am an Oxfordian by choice
I am a mum of three
I have an entrepreneurial background
What else?
I am very passionate about modern healing and holistic health solutions.
All challenges in life are created by habitual programming in your subconscious. In order to control or fix them, you need to be able to access your programming and use your conscious.
Hypnotherapy allows both minds to come together and change your unhelpful habits into controlled cognitive behaviors.
Whether it is your career or personal life that you wish to address, I would like to help.
Warmest, Patti

What is the process?
1. Initial Consultation:
An initial session to discuss your goals and the changes you wish to see. This session helps us understand your needs and tailor the therapy to suit you.
2. Subsequent sessions:
Positive focus on your strengths and what is already working well in your life. This positive approach helps you build confidence and resilience.
3. Deep relaxation between sessions:
Using gentle and relaxing trance recordings will help your mind become more receptive to positive suggestions, enabling you to break free from limiting beliefs and behaviours.
4. Goal Setting:
Setting small, meaningful and achievable goals will help you to gradually move towards your desired outcomes.
5. Progress and Review:
Throughout your therapy, we regularly review your progress and adjust our approach as needed to ensure you are moving towards your goals effectively.
